Quality is one of the most important cornerstones of success and this mantra is well understood and practiced at Aeromatrix. All business practices are focused on customer delight and in line with international standards like SEI-CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and AS 9100 Rev B. While the spirit of quality consciousness is very much embodied in Aeromatrix, it is monitored and controlled by some in-house developed software applications customized for each customer’s processes. Aeromatrix is CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Level 3 v1.2 status and focusing on continual improvement not only managing planned processes at project level but also well-defined processes at organization level. |
